Welcome to vividhome.eu (“Website”), operated by Vivid Home, a brand of VIVID TRADE EOOD, a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria, European Union (Reg. № 202878550, VAT № BG202878550).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Website and any purchases you make through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place any orders.

2. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Vivid Home, operated by VIVID TRADE EOOD, Sofia, Bulgaria.
  • “You,” “Your” refers to you, the customer or visitor using our Website.
  • “Products” refers to canvas prints, wallpapers, and any other items available for purchase on our Website.
  • “Website” refers to vividhome.eu, including its subdomains (bg.vividhome.eu, gr.vividhome.eu) and any associated services.
  • “Order” refers to a request submitted by you to purchase Products through the Website.

3. Eligibility

To use our Website and place orders, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we reasonably believe any of these conditions are not met.

4. Products & Pricing

Made-to-Order Production

All products sold through vividhome.eu are made to order based on your selected specifications, including size, material, frame type, and design. Each item is printed, finished, and packaged individually for you.

Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in EUR (€) by default and are also available in BGN, RON, HUF, and GBP.
  • All displayed prices include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Colour & Size Accuracy

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in monitor calibration, brightness settings, and display technology. Such variations are not considered a product defect.

As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in size (±2mm) are inherent to the production process and fall within acceptable tolerances.

5. Ordering Process

When you select a product, choose your configuration, and proceed to checkout, you are making an offer to purchase that product under these Terms.

Your order is not accepted until we send you an Order Confirmation email. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your offer and forms a legally binding contract between you and Vivid Home.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or discontinuation
  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Inability to verify payment information

Because our products are made to order, production begins immediately after your order is confirmed. Please ensure all specifications are correct before completing your purchase.

6. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • PayPal

All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers at any time.

The final charge will be in the currency you selected at checkout. If your bank’s currency differs from your selected checkout currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees — this is outside our control.

7. Production & Delivery

Production

Once your order is confirmed, production typically takes 2–5 business days. During peak periods (holidays, promotional events), production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

  • We ship to all EU member states.
  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 1–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the country.
  • Free delivery on all orders over €99 to EU countries.

Delivery Address

Products are delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

8. Right of Withdrawal

Important notice regarding your statutory rights: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from online purchases. However, Article 16(c) of the Directive provides an exception for goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

Because all Vivid Home products are manufactured to order based on your individual selections (size, material, frame, and design), they qualify as custom-made goods. Therefore, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to purchases made on vividhome.eu.

However, we believe in standing behind the quality of our work. That is why we offer a voluntary 15-day satisfaction guarantee — see Section 9 below and our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

This voluntary guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products under applicable EU and Bulgarian consumer protection law.

9. Returns & Refunds

Voluntary Return Policy

Despite the made-to-order exemption from the statutory withdrawal right, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
  • You will receive a Return Authorisation with instructions on how to send the product back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns (change of mind): return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Defective or damaged products: we cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice.

10. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product designs, photographs, and software — is the property of Vivid Home / VIVID TRADE EOOD or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without our prior written consent.

Product Designs

Product designs and artwork available on vividhome.eu are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Purchasing a canvas print or wallpaper grants you the right to display it in your home or workspace. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

Customer-Uploaded Images

If you upload your own image for custom printing, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for that image. Vivid Home is not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-supplied content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
  • We are not liable for colour variations between on-screen previews and the final printed product, as outlined in Section 4.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU or Bulgarian law

12. Data Protection

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. All personal information collected through our Website is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that we need to process certain personal data (name, email, delivery address, payment details) to fulfil your order. This processing is based on the legal ground of contractual necessity.

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

EU Online Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer in the European Union and have a complaint that we have been unable to resolve, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission:
