Every canvas print and wallpaper is made to order — crafted specifically for you. Production + delivery typically takes 1–7 days across the EU.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production on the next business day.

All orders totalling €100 or more ship free to any EU country — no exceptions. For orders under €100, standard shipping rates apply based on your delivery zone above.
Each canvas print is wrapped in protective foam sheeting to prevent scratches and moisture damage. Wallpaper rolls are sealed in plastic wrap.
We use reinforced cardboard boxes sized specifically for your order. No empty space means no movement during transit. Corner protectors are added for larger prints.
Every order is shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Track your delivery in real-time.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on vividhome.eu. If you checked out as a guest, your tracking information is in the dispatch confirmation email.
We take great care with packaging, but transit damage can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
If your order hasn't entered production yet (within the first 2 hours), we can update your delivery address. Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and new address. Once production has started, address changes may not be possible.
Currently we deliver to all EU member states plus the UK. We're working on expanding to other countries. If you're outside our delivery area, please contact us at [email protected] — we may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.
We work with trusted European carriers including Speedy, Econt (for Bulgaria), and international logistics partners for EU-wide delivery. The specific carrier depends on your location and order size.
Yes! If you're in Sofia, Bulgaria, you can pick up your order from our production facility free of charge. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout or contact us to arrange a pickup time.
