Browse our collection, select a design you love, choose your preferred size and canvas material, then click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
Yes! While we offer a range of standard sizes for each design, we can produce canvas prints in custom dimensions. Contact us at [email protected] with your desired size and we'll provide a quote. Custom sizes are available up to 170 cm on the short side and 500 cm on the long side.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before production begins. Since all our products are made to order, we cannot cancel once production has started. Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number to request cancellation.
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, and checkout faster on future orders.
All prices on our website are shown in EUR (€) and payments are processed in EUR. You can pay with any major credit or debit card - if your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, with Apple Pay and Google Pay also available.
Polyester-Cotton Blend (300 g/m²) - 75/25 polyester-cotton mix with a matte finish. Excellent balance of quality and durability. Our most popular option.
100% Cotton Canvas (370 g/m²) - premium matte finish, the gold standard for art reproductions and gallery-quality prints.
All canvases are printed with HP Latex inks with UV-stable colours.
Solid wood, never MDF. Every defect is cut out of the wood before production, so the frame stays straight and does not warp. Our canvases use profile No.1, 20 mm deep and 37 mm wide, with wedge keys in every corner: if the canvas slackens over time, a light tap on the keys pulls it taut again. Deeper 27, 40 and 46 mm profiles are made to order for projects through our trade platform vividwalls.eu.
No hooks, kits or tools. The canvas arrives stretched and ready: one nail in the wall and it is up. If you would rather not drill at all, add Vivid Fix on the product page: strips that hold the picture without a nail and leave no marks on the wall.
The size we quote is the whole set as it hangs, including the 2.5 cm gaps between the panels. A 160 × 100 cm five-panel set covers exactly 160 × 100 cm of wall. Each panel hangs on its own nail, and every set comes with a printed spacing guide.
Yes. Our HP Latex inks are water-based and carry the UL GREENGUARD Gold and UL ECOLOGO certifications, so they are suitable for children's rooms too. The print has no odour when it arrives.
We do. Every canvas is printed to order and hand-stretched in our own studio in Sofia, EU, where we have been printing since 2013. We are the manufacturer, not a reseller: 99% of orders are ready within 48 hours, and fewer than 0.5% of customers return a print.
A good rule of thumb: above a sofa or a bed, pick a picture (or a set) about two thirds of the furniture's width. Measure your wall before you choose; each product page shows the sizes to scale next to a sofa and a person.
We strive for the closest possible color accuracy, but slight variations between your screen and the printed product are normal. This is because every monitor displays colors differently depending on its calibration, brightness, and color profile. Our prints use professional color management profiles for the most accurate reproduction possible.
Very little care is needed. Dust it with a soft, dry cloth; never use water or cleaning products on the surface. The HP Latex inks give UV-stable colours, but like any artwork a canvas keeps its colours longest out of strong direct sunlight.
Our canvases are made for indoor use. A kitchen wall is fine as long as the piece is not directly above the hob or the sink - matte canvas copes with everyday humidity and steam better than a print behind glass, but a wall that gets hit by cooking steam or splashes is not the place for it. A bathroom that regularly fills with shower steam is too damp for a stretched canvas, and we would not recommend it. Wherever it hangs, clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth only - never water.

Available sizes depend on the aspect ratio of each design. We offer pre-defined sizes for 13 different aspect ratios - from square (1:1) to panoramic formats. Each product page shows the available sizes for that specific design, to scale next to a 220 cm sofa and a 170 cm person, so you can see how big each one really is. Custom sizes are also available on request.
Delivery
Every print is made to order in our own studio, and 99% of orders are ready within 48 hours. After dispatch, delivery takes 1-2 working days to Bulgaria, Romania, Greece and Hungary, 2-5 working days to Central Europe and 3-6 working days to Western and Northern Europe. Every order is tracked from dispatch. See our Delivery Information page for more.
Yes, for orders over 99 € to any EU country (including Bulgaria). Orders under 99 € have standard shipping rates starting from 4,90 € depending on your location.
Currently we ship to all 27 EU member states. For other countries, contact us at [email protected] and we'll try to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.
Each canvas is protected along the full length of its corners and packed in corrugated board, so it arrives ready to hang. If anything does arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it free of charge.
You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched. Click the tracking link to follow your delivery in real-time. If you have an account, you can also check order status in your account dashboard.
Returns
Yes - any of them. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, no questions asked and no restocking fee, and that includes custom sizes. Contact us to arrange the return; the product needs to be unused and in its original packaging. If the item is damaged or faulty we pay the return shipping; if you simply change your mind, the return postage is yours. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
No. The 30 days are no questions asked - you are welcome to tell us what went wrong, and it genuinely helps us improve, but nothing about your refund depends on the answer. The product only needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund - your choice. We cover all return shipping costs for damaged items.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. The refund appears on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16c), goods made to the consumer's specifications - like our custom-printed canvas prints and wallpapers - fall outside the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. We give you 30 days anyway, no questions asked, on every product including custom sizes. That is longer than the law asks of us, and we offer it voluntarily.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, and cash on delivery in Bulgaria, Romania, Greece and Hungary. All card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details.

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption (the padlock icon in your browser). All payment processing is handled by PCI DSS compliant payment providers. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. For B2B customers with a valid EU VAT number, please visit our B2B platform at vividwalls.eu for VAT-exempt pricing.
Currently we don't offer installment payments. Full payment is made at checkout, or to the courier on delivery where cash on delivery is available. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Custom Orders
Yes, on any of our canvas materials - the order is placed by email rather than through the product page. Send your file to [email protected] with the size you want and we'll confirm the price and the print quality before anything goes into production. For best results your image should be at least 2500 px wide (or 2 MB) for sizes up to 110×65 cm, and 3500 px wide (or 4 MB) for larger sizes. There's no additional charge for printing your own image.
We accept JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files. For best results, use high-resolution images in RGB color space. If you're unsure about your image quality, email it to [email protected] and we'll provide a free assessment.
Our wallpapers are printed and cut to your exact wall dimensions, but the range is not on sale online yet. In the meantime, email [email protected] with your wall width and height and the design you have in mind, and we'll come back with the price and the panel layout.
