Yes! While we offer a range of standard sizes for each design, we can produce canvas prints in custom dimensions. Contact us at [email protected] with your desired size and we'll provide a quote. Custom sizes are available up to 170 cm on the short side and 500 cm on the long side.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before production begins. Since all our products are made to order, we cannot cancel once production has started. Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number to request cancellation.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, save your wishlist, and checkout faster on future orders.

We accept EUR (default), BGN, RON, HUF, and GBP. You can switch your preferred currency using the currency selector on our website. Prices are automatically converted based on current exchange rates.

We offer three canvas types:

• 100% Polyester Canvas (270 g/m²) — slight gloss finish, vibrant colors, great value. Our most popular option.
• Cotton-Polyester Blend (300 g/m²) — 75/25 cotton-polyester mix with a matte finish. Excellent balance of quality and durability.
• 100% Cotton Canvas (370 g/m²) — premium matte finish, the gold standard for art reproductions and gallery-quality prints.

All canvases are printed with eco-solvent UV-resistant inks for long-lasting color vibrancy.

Our stretcher bars are made from premium kiln-dried spruce and fir wood. All defects in the wood are removed before production to eliminate any structural tension. The bars feature wedge keys in the corners for tension adjustment over time.

We strive for the closest possible color accuracy, but slight variations between your screen and the printed product are normal. This is because every monitor displays colors differently depending on its calibration, brightness, and color profile. Our prints use professional color management profiles for the most accurate reproduction possible.

Canvas prints require minimal maintenance. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve color vibrancy. Do not use water or cleaning chemicals on the canvas surface. Our UV-resistant inks are designed to maintain their vibrancy for years under normal indoor conditions.

We offer several wallpaper options:

• Self-Adhesive PVC Film — peel-and-stick, great for renters or temporary installations
• HP PVC-Free Wallpaper — eco-friendly, FSC/GREENGUARD certified, water-activated adhesive
• Vivid Walls Fleece Collection — our premium non-woven textile wallpapers in 12 unique textures, available in 250, 350, and 450 g/m² weights. Fire-rated M2.

Available sizes depend on the aspect ratio of each design. We offer pre-defined sizes for 13 different aspect ratios — from square (1:1) to panoramic formats. Each product page shows the available sizes for that specific design. Custom sizes are also available on request.

Total time from order to your wall is typically 1–7 days across the EU (production + delivery combined). Every order is fully tracked once dispatched. See our Delivery Information page for more.

Yes, for orders over €100 to any EU country. Orders under €100 have standard shipping rates starting from €6.90 depending on your location. Delivery within Bulgaria is free for orders over 60 BGN.

Currently we ship to all EU member states plus the UK. For other countries, contact us at [email protected] and we'll try to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.

You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched. Click the tracking link to follow your delivery in real-time. If you have an account, you can also check order status in your account dashboard.

Yes. We offer a voluntary 15-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us to arrange a return. Products must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We cover all return shipping costs for damaged items.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. The refund appears on your statement within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16c), products made to the consumer's specifications — like our custom-printed canvas prints and wallpapers — are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal period. However, we voluntarily offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee that goes beyond our legal obligations.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your full card details.

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption (the padlock icon in your browser). All payment processing is handled by PCI DSS compliant payment providers. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Currently we don't offer installment payments. Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards plus PayPal.

Yes! You can upload your own image for printing on any of our canvas materials. For best quality, your image should be at least 2500 px wide (or 2 MB) for sizes up to 110×65 cm, and 3500 px wide (or 4 MB) for larger sizes. There's no additional charge for custom image printing.

We accept JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files. For best results, use high-resolution images in RGB color space. If you're unsure about your image quality, email it to [email protected] and we'll provide a free assessment.

Absolutely. Our wallpapers are printed and cut to your exact wall dimensions. Simply enter your wall width and height on the product page, and we'll calculate the price and panel layout automatically.
