Floating lilac steps lead across a blue and mint checkerboard plain to a freestanding door frame. The panelled door stands open on a starry night with a glowing orange sun, while the sky around it fades from soft blue to peach at the horizon. Pink and lilac clouds with bright yellow edges rise on both sides.
This works well in a living room with white or pale blue walls, paired with a grey sofa and light wood furniture. The long perspective of the checkerboard floor also suits a hallway or a home office.
