How does Studio work?
Send us your idea and, if you have one, a reference photo. Follow the status while your artwork is generated and view it on the next page. If you like it, see it on your wall, choose the canvas size and material and order it at the price shown.
Will I get an image instantly?
After your request is accepted, you can follow its real status and see your generated artwork on the next page. Generation can take a little time. No payment or print order is placed at this step.
What if I don’t love the preview?
Return to Studio and send a revised idea: change the wording, the style or the photos. Each request creates a new preview. You only order a canvas when you love the result.
Can you include several people or pets?
Yes, you can request a couple, family, group of friends or a mix of people and pets. Tell us how many subjects you have in mind. Add up to five reference photos and tell us who or what each photo shows. Explain which subjects should appear together and which photos are only for the setting or mood.
What makes a good reference photo?
Choose a sharp, well-lit photo with a clearly visible face or distinctive markings. Avoid heavy filters and cropped ears or heads. You can attach up to five JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 10 MB each and 20 MB altogether. Use the photo numbers in your brief to explain what to include.
Can I start with just an idea?
Absolutely. Describe the subject, setting, mood or colours you have in mind. You can also tell us about the room the artwork is for. You do not need to write a technical prompt.
How much does it cost?
Your first Studio preview is free and includes one image. The canvas price depends on the size and material you choose, and you see it in EUR before you add the canvas to your cart.
Which sizes and materials can I choose?
After your preview, the visualizer suggests sizes that match the shape of your artwork, up to 200 × 150 cm. You choose the canvas material and see the price for every size before you order.
How fast will my canvas arrive?
We print and stretch every canvas in our own Sofia studio. Sizes up to 100 cm on every side, or exactly 150 cm, are made in 24-48 hours; larger sizes take up to 5 working days. Delivery time is added on top and depends on your country.
How can I pay?
Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout. In Bulgaria, Romania, Greece and Hungary you can also pay cash on delivery. Nothing is charged for the preview.
Can I order it as a gift?
Of course. Mention the occasion in your idea, then enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout.
Is it a painting or a canvas print?
The finished product is a canvas print made by Vivid. Painterly, watercolour and other styles describe the look of the artwork. The creative process may use AI-assisted image creation and editing; the canvas is not hand-painted.
What happens to my photos?
Your reference photos and idea are sent to OpenAI only to create your preview. Vivid uses your name and email only to handle your request. Please only upload photos you have permission to use.
